William Pelloni

William (Billy) Pelloni began working in the multi-family housing industry in 1991 as a maintenance technician. His solid work ethic and solution focused approach, quickly moved him up the ladder to Renovations Specialist, managing renovation projects on multiple sites. Having specialized in apartment repairs and renovations for years, it was an easy transition to licensed General Contractor and then on to South Carolina Residential Homebuilder. In 2000, deciding it was time to go out on his own, William founded and opened PellCo Construction. Twenty plus years later, and having renovated 1000’s of housing units, PellCo is a leader in the multi-family renovations arena. With operations in SC, NC, and GA, PellCo is positioned to offer services across the Southeast. Our attention to detail and highly satisfied customer base are the catalysts for our continued growth and success. William is a devoted husband & father and time spent with family is of the utmost importance. He is active in the community and takes special pride in coaching the Raiders varsity football team at Holly Hill Academy. That same work ethic and solution focused approach have propelled his team to three undefeated seasons and winning the South Carolina Independent School Association 8-man State Championship in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
